The weekend is upon us and one of the most popular South African weekend pass times is to have a braai (barbecue), or in this case a potjie (stew made in a cast iron pot on the coals). Scratching through the archives I found a post I did with a potjiekos recipy 2 or so years back. Enjoy the weekend everybody.
